Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love any product that you buy from us and in case you are not completely satisfied with it, please drop us a mail at care@olivesandgold.com and we will get back to you.

At Olives & Gold, a product once bought cannot be returned and no refund shall be provided. However, in the following scenario, it is possible to exchange the product:

Shipping Damage:  In case the product has been tampered with or damaged while transportation.

  • Email us at care@olivesandgold.com within 72 hours of the order being received. Mention the Order ID, Product Name, and customer contact number along with the pictures of the damaged product. 
  • Courier the product to the address that will be provided to you by us. The customer shall bear the courier charges for return.
  • We will investigate the items, make the necessary repair, and courier them back to your given address at no charge.

Manufacturing Defect: For any material or craftsmanship defect, we take full responsibility. Please follow these steps:

  • Email us at care@olivesandgold.com within 48 hours of the order being received. Mention the Order ID, Product Name, and customer contact number along with the pictures of the damaged product. 
  • Courier the product to the address that will be provided to you by us. The customer shall bear the courier charges for return.
  • We will investigate the items and replace or repair them within 2 weeks for you at no charge.

Cancel or Modify Order: 

In case you wish to cancel/modify an order, you can let us know within 24 hours of placing an order, and if not shipped it can be processed. Any cancellations later than 24 hours will not be processed. Email us at care@olivesandgold.com. Mention “Order Cancel – [Order ID]” in the subject line along with the reason for cancelation and any details you wish to add.
