• Enjoy peace of mind with our lifetime service warranty, which covers repairs for any functional damages that may prevent you from using our products.
• Our warranty includes repairs for stitching, zippers, metalwork, edge coating, and handles. However, please note that it does not cover the natural aging of materials or normal wear and tear.
• For repairs within India, a one-way shipping fee of INR 350 applies, but the return shipping is on us! 😊
• After assessing the defect, we will repair your product at no additional cost. If the product cannot be repaired and is covered under our lifetime service warranty, we'll provide you with a new product of the same value.
