What’s covered in our Lifetime Repair Service?

Enjoy peace of mind with our lifetime repair service, which covers functional damages that prevent you from using your product.

• Free Repair Labor: Stitching, zippers, metalwork/hardware, edge coating, and handles.

• Not Covered: Natural aging of materials, cosmetic surface marks, and normal wear and tear over time.

Shipping & Process Terms

• Customer Shipping: You are required to safely courier the bag needing repair to our factory. Please ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit. We will take inspection photos of the product upon arrival and share them with you.

• Parts & Approval: Repair craftsmanship is completely free. If new replacement parts or hardware are required, they are chargeable—we will always seek your approval on the cost before proceeding.

• Return Shipping Fee: A nominal fee of INR 350 applies for return delivery within India.

• Repair vs. Replacement: Non-repairable functional defects will be eligible for store credit or an equivalent replacement based on product value.
