Kindly note that returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the product is unused and in its original condition, accompanied by all relevant components such as original tags, packaging, dust bag, and any other items included in the original box.
Please be advised that any requests for returns or exchanges made after 7 days from the date of receipt will not be accepted.
Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days, subject to the mode of payment and bank policies.

In case of shipping damage
In case, the product has been tampered with or damaged in transportation.
- Email us at care@olivesandgold.com within 48 hours of receiving the product with your Order ID and the pictures of the damaged product. We will have it picked.
- Upon receiving it, we will verify the damage and do everything possible to make you happy.
In case of a manufacturing defect
For any material or craftsmanship defect, we take full responsibility.
